In search of an artist for collaboration

My name is Emilio and I'm on the hunt for an artist. Preferably one who's familiar with the western/cowboy style as this story will take place in the mid-late 1800's America.
My goal is to put together a 5-7 pitch to start a campaign on Kickstarter and then most likely submit to different publishers. Yes, you will be paid for your work!
