Hey, I wrote a comic and I think it really works with the kind of material Boom usually publishes so I am looking for an artist that wants to help me make this book, its only one issue and I will be submitting it to BOOM! to try and get our work published.

This is not a paid job, this is a good opportunity to have your work published and seen by others.

You'd be better off trying Kickstarter. Boom doesn't bother to even reply to submissions.
And there are so many people pitching to Image that it would be rough to get in the door there.
