Comic Artist Needed for Fantasy Anthology Story

Sequential artist (pencils through full color) needed for short comic story in fantasy anthology. The collection is called “Death Saves” (http://deathsaves.tumblr.com/) and the theme is tabletop fantasy games in which a character dies.
My pitch has already been accepted, so publication is guaranteed going in. Just need an artist to bring it to life.
My story takes place mainly in the real world, and will deal with the interpersonal relationships of the gamers, but will have some more fun action stuff when the game’s fantasy characters come alive and turn the tables on the gamers.
The book is small-format, 5.25” x 7.75”, full color. My story will probably run between 12-16 pages. The deadline for completed pages is tentatively Dec 1.
My budget allows for a $40 page rate (Not as much as I would like, but keep in mind the smaller page size, which will only allow for 3-4 panels per page). Pay will be made by PayPal.
I will pay one quarter of the total amount up front, at which time I’d like to see some character sketches and rough layouts. Upon approval, you can proceed with pencils. After I approve those, I’ll send the next quarter payment, and you can do the inks/colors. Send me a low—res version of the finished pages, and upon approval I’ll send the second half of the payment within a day.
Send a link to your portfolio (must have sequential samples) to msebastian83@gmail.com . If I think you’re a good fit, I’ll send you additional details about the project.
