Seeking an Artist for a paid All-Ages Short

Hello!
I'm looking to hire someone to do both the line and color art for a 4-page short for an all-ages anthology. I am looking for someone with cartoonish style and clean lines with vibrant colors.
This will be a paid job with formal contract for both of us so there's no ambiguities for either of us (it's easier this way, isn't it?-). I am looking to have the work finished no later than October 1st.
