Looking For Artists For Pulp style artwork

Hey all,
I am working on a new pay-site called Demons and Damsels - which is about, demons and damsels funnily enough.
It's basically a mild borderline fetish website with a B Movie / Pulp Magazine / Comic Book theme. I am taking care of the photography and short films that will be made available but I also want to provide original art via the site.
So, I am looking for a few artists who can draw women in peril from comic book villains / Monsters / Demons.
I am working on a lowish budget at the moment but the job is paid - I don't aim to have the site up and running until maybe March next year but I want a fairly good level of content for it's launch.
All that I would say is you will get a credit, you'll get paid but the rights of the art and the distribution of the art has to be via the website.
So, if damsels in distress and hideous creatures - nothing gory, nothing overly sexual - all a bit cliche, but I'd like art that sells the cliche.
If you can give me an idea of your rates when applying that would be really helpful
Thanks
