Sorry for the rude welcome. This is a site that has a lot of artists who are for pay only, so you're going to get that when you claim to be a pro and seek out work without payment. Payment here is seen as maturity. It's not an entirely correct way I feel to judge a writer but many of the more serious artists are those who offer cash. Given that you are a "top seller" I actually recommend you part with some. Not for any moral reason, but because it's more convinient by far. You will get better quality artists who work faster and are far less likely to drop out on you. While if you don't pay you're likely to get artists who drop out after the second e-mail and with subpar art or slow turn arround. It's just the way things work. As an artist who almost exclusively works with artists without paying them I can attest that it's a very frusterating way to go about it. However I am where I am at life as a college student and can't afford to pay.

So if you do still want to work with an artist without paying them there's one things you have to know. Introduce yourself. Provide proof that you're a great artist by linking to your published works or even showing some of your script. If you can't do that than it's even more important you type out what some of writer you are. What genre? What is your motivating mission? What are your ideas? Your post is far too short and all we know is that there is yet another writer here looking for an artist. Provide proof that you're amazing through either links or in your own introduction through sharing about yourself. It's tough luck for writers. Writers far outnumber artists so you have to set yourself apart and prove yourself. Artists want to work with someone great, show that you are.

2. I Will Pay them I Was Just seeing who had the Passion to Draw
and who was all about money.
3. I Write for the passion not Money I Just so happen to Make money while im Doing it Blessed
