i have the story and i can draw but not in the comic style so i need a comic artist who can draw and i an learn by seeing HIM/HER

Your deal sounds very one-sided in your favor. Artists typically don't like back-end deals and you are giving NONE of the story so they know what to look for. Not to mention that your post is very unprofessional.
