Student Writer/Artist/Concept artist (For Teams or Projects)

Hello,

I go by the pen name Jern or John, I am a college student. I am in my first semester of Concept art; I will be studying illustration, working with novels and graphic novels, and I may also do a year of pre-animation. Naturally over the course of my college career my art will be developing. Currently I work for commissions, I have a long way to go ahead of me... But I hope you guys will be willing to grow with me! I am very adaptable and willing to alter my style.

I tend to have a flare for the dramatic, and a soft spot for heroes and sci-fi.
(And a soft spot for romance, deep down hidden away)
I am looking to join a comic team, preferably long termed!

I would love to work with you. I have a long term sci-fi and everything, but I don't have any money. I can write different scenarios and do pencil drawings, but I don't know how to edit my pics or anything. I wanted to be involved in a long term comic book team as well, but every potential I found hasn't led to much. But maybe I'm just being too impatient.

No problem! Money isnt something I expect right away, that is something we can talk about when the time for publishing or marketing comes around. Do you have any examples you could show me?
