Artist needed for 21 page submission to Image - paid

Hi all,
My name is Rich Masters. I'm looking for an artist to collaborate with on a creator owned comic to be pitched to Image. The creator owned route excites me as it means we won't be dictated to and can tell our own unique story set in our own unique world - something that's important to me and to the story.
I want to work with someone who is passionate about being part of a creative team, owning a story and working on what I hope will be something amazing. This means I want to collaborate on character designs, the look of the covers, and I want an artist who loves to tell a story and not just do 'poster art' (which is kinda what I do...check my own Deviant art profile at http://richbamf.deviantart.com/).
I'm so serious about the project that I've recently given up work to focus on it and will pay for the art to be completed for the pitch. Pay-rate is negotiable for a 21 page project and a cover. Basically I want to be able to pitch the whole first issue, wrapped and completed.
The story is a detective story with a metahuman slant. It's about identity and the real world results of what superheroes would actually do to society, and what response humans would have to losing their position on the social ladder. It's also about the seemingly dark or heroic decisions a person could make which in turn could do the exact opposite.
First script is done. Second is under way, with a rough outline for the entire first 6 issue arc.
I'll be taking a few weeks maximum to make a decision, so if you don't hear from me for a few days, I'll be in touch.
