Looking for artist for possible Kickstarter project

I'm looking for an artist for a new Vic Boone project. 66 page graphic novel is the general idea right now, but not set in stone. It would be Kickstarted. If goal isn't met no work is done. Pay would be factored into the goal we set.

I know kickstarter scares some people, but I'm confident that it would be successful and reach its goal. I've been part of several successful KS campaigns, most notably the FUBAR books. One of which became a NYT bestseller. So I have people with previous backers willing to email and recommend the project. I'm part of this Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/16 ... d/comments

The style I'm looking for is somewhat cartoony without being too cartoony. But something like the art for Torpedo would work too.

here are some links to give an idea about the concept and feel for the book--- (ignore the weird size of some pages. was for an old project)

1st issue of original series http://shawnaldridge.blogspot.com/20...oone-year.html

If anyone has made it this far and is interested, hit me up. I've had a few reply, but wanted to give others one more chance before narrowing it down.

Hello Shawn,

My name is Tim.

email is larsen.tim4@gmail.com

please put "looking for artist [501]" in the subject line.

I'm a comic book artist based in Northern California who specializes in realistic settings and people with a hard edge on drama and action.
I work in many different genres from present day, sci fi, steampunk and fantasy.

I have had work published for ChupaComics in Seattle.

I pencil, ink, letter and color my own pages. My website is www.timsnotebook.com/comics.html

As far as costs are concerned, we can discuss that later, maybe after you've seen my work.
It takes about a day to make a page.

Thank you very much for your time. Look forward to hearing from you.

Tim Larsen.
(P.S. below are images from my latest comic book I'm shamelessly promoting, a biker story set in the 1970s)
