Team looking for a talented Steampunk comic artist

We (the creator and myself) are currently looking for an artist who loves drawing steampunk, and is eager to work on a steampunk comic project. It's a very short comics project, only three issues, but the story is out of this world.
There is up front payment involved, but we are on a budget.
