ComicBook creator seeks writer for collab

I am an aspiring writer and artist who is in the process of creating a comic book probably an ongoing series, I have numerous characters and stories/concepts. I am making a compilation of these stories, the characters are like cartoon characters who exist in the real world, our current reality except anything can happen there is a merging of genres here and the whole thing has an adventure, comedy, scifi underground vibe to it, it's a unique genre, humorous and serious in the one, I also use various pre existing characters from pop culture, it adds another dimension to the whole concept, there are several vacancies on the team. 3-4 short stories per issue, Once the first issue is complete I will be looking at signing a deal with a major publisher, really though this is about making something that's worth reading

Out of idle curiosity, you say you are looking at signing with a major publisher. Do you know an editor who has told you this is a possibility, or are you planning on going through the normal submissions (read: Meatgrinder) process?
