Science Adventure Press is a small collaborative publication circle and we are looking for new members. We need Pencilers, inkers, colorists and letterers.

Our model is based on creator owned collaboration. There is a revolving circle of creators based on a 40 page book model. Anyone who wants to build their portfolio and get their ideas published gets the opportunity. Each book is designed to be produced in three months time and creators are matched based on availability and need. Please not that the door swings in every direction and any artist or letterer with an Idea can get it plotted and scripted by a skilled writer. Creative credits are always shared between collaborative partners.

Please note that this is not a paid position but any money made by you and your collaborators is yours minus a 5% group due for marketing purposes.

We are interested in getting samples from creators with ANY skill level and ANY amount of experience. Please send them to supercomixking@gmail.com

Good response from writers, now we need Pencilers, inkers, colorists and letterers to step up. No need for much experience so long as you have your basics down.

I would be totally down for Inking the story!

Please read the full post before replying. It states this is a collaboration group, not a paid position.

We could use some colorists and letterers, we also still have room for a few more pencilers and inkers. As before, no previous publication experience is necessary, if you feel confident in your abilities and want to beef up your portfolio please send your samples.

Just a question; How do you plan on marketing these books? What's the publishing business plan? I'm a writer but I also letter. Would be interested in details.

A percentage from each book goes into a joint marketing fund for banner ads, inserts in other indy books etc.

Anyway, we still need some inkers for some of these projects. Also, more writers are welcome.
