Writer looking to hire artist for paid work (letterers too!)

These days I want to concentrate on my writing more and art less, so am looking for an artist to help create great looking books.
The first job is to ink (and improve) a 50 page graphic novel. I'm also looking for letterers to improve the looks of my books.
I can pay, so please let me know what your page rates are for inking and also for pencils and inks. If you're a letterer, please let me know your rates too.
