looking for a tarot draftsman/Graphic

Hello , I am writing on behalf of a friend. He has written a book about Tarot. To realize the project, he is searching for a draftsman or graphic. The style of the tarot is similar to the Raider Waite Tarot. Important things are in addition to the typical figures ( Arkana , archetypes ) but especially the card environment . It is quite a complex Tarot containing landscapes symbols and items. systematically, it will be a very unique Tarot.. At the moment we send the book to different publishers and we are waiting for an answer.
At the Moment we can't pay you for that work, but you would be paid if a publisher diecide to publish the tarot.
You might ask in which style the tarot should be painted. My friend said it should be a little like Walt Disney. So that means not to real.
