Children's book illustrator wanted

Looking to tell a 5-10 year old level story. I will write the story, including illustration description.
I need someone who understands how to tell a comprehensive story with 1 image per page.
The story requires an artist to create
1 cover (1 illustration with text overlay)
1 credit page (simple with text graphics only)
8 pages (1 illustration with text overlay)
1 back cover page. (simple with text graphics only)
Looking to spend around $150 USD, and payment is only via PayPal.
