Looking for artist for Website and book cover design

Hello,
I am the author of a book. The book is based on a true story I started publishing on a german imageboard. We are looking for an artist to draw a couple of smaller pictures for the website and maybe the book cover. The design should be very close to what Shakes and Fidget looks like. Our budget for this is around 90-120€.
