Looking for Writer

I'm looking for a writer to help me write some of the story I'm creating. Needs to be good with writing action scenes and portraying character development. My story is a ninja one, so think Naruto.
If you haven't heard of Naruto, you're not my guy. If you don't like Naruto, you're not my guy.
In my opinion a good story with good characters and better action is a success and to provide that you must care about what you're writing about. I want someone who's passionate about Naruto like I am, because that's a big inspiration for my story.
