COMIC BOOK PRINTING SPECIALIST NEEDED

I am getting close to publishing the next issue of my indie comic book Fractured Scary Tales. Unfortunately the guy who helped me prep the pages for printing the first time, isn't available now so I'm looking for someone else to help out. I need someone experienced in formatting the pages in a manner the printers will find acceptable, including adding page numbers. The book has art from a number of artists who delivered in multiple formats. I'll need the pages prepped in a uniform file to submit to the printer per thier specs.

Ideally this same person could help prepare an electronic version for downloading as well.

Please only respond if you have really seen this process through to completion. Reference a couple of verifiable projects in your reply. I think the finished book will be 40 pages. Please give me a ball park quote of what you'd charge.
