Writer seeks Artist for Sci-fi/fantasy comic collaboration!

Hey there,
I am seeking an artist that would like to break into the comic industry with me. I have a great story that I would like to get published. This is for a pitch so it is not paying at the moment but if we do get published we will split the pay and rights evenly. I have high hopes for this story as I have put in over a year fleshing out the story. Right now I have the script for issue 1 done and the 2nd script in the process. I have an outline for volume 1 with a great ending and have 2 more volumes outlined if we choose to continue the story.
I hate how all futuristic stories are so dark and broody nowadays. I miss the fantasy stories where magic exists and anything could happen. I hope to join these two genres. We have knights who wear power armor and Ancient weapons of alien origin. Here is a short synopsis:
In the future, the world is still rebuilding after a war with an alien army. England is one of the cities that bounced back the fastest due to it's people rallying behind the new royal family. Things look bright until the year 2445 when the queen is murdered during childbirth and the king has to flee his kingdom with his new born son. The assassin's paint the king as mad and as a murder. He hides his son and disappears, leaving his kingdom in the hands of a corrupt would be king.
Years later a young power armor mechanic, learns about a terrorist group called the "Order of the Dragon" who claim he is the abandoned prince. He is given a mystical weapon that can only be wielded by the royal family. Becoming the face of the group, he starts fighting back against the corruption and inspiring the people of England who thought the royal family was all but forgotten.
During the fight, the group accidentally destroys a royal lab that was working on dimensional rifts and brings magic back into a world who sorely needs it. Warlocks and Witches start cropping up, Dragons begin to soar the dark skies of the city. The abandoned prince not only fights for his people's freedom, but must learn how to live with the long absent magic.
