I need some help ASAP. I need an artist for a new comic based off The Cinema Snob (www.thecinemasnob.com). He is one of the earliest Internet reviewers and has a rather large following on the Web. Let me know if you're interested.
Here is some samples of my previous work: I haven't published any comics before, but I have wrote many fictional and nonfictional pieces available on the Internet. I wrote a poetry book about geeky subjects which is available on Amazon: http://amzn.to/1n6UQlh.
My role and expectations: I will write the comic, deal with the rights holder, and perform all other odds and ends that will need to be completed along the road.
Compensation: The Cinema Snob will receive the industry standard of 25% of the profits. The artist can split the other 75% in half with me. Please email me at stevediggs@gmail.com if you're interested. Thanks.

Just a pro tip, lots of people laugh and redirect their browser when they hear about compensation as percentage of sales rather than pay rates.
For one thing you're a new writer, no credits, no proof that you even have the rights to work with THe Cinema Snob, and we know nothing about what you're writing about in terms of story, genre, audience, method of publishing.
You're going to need to pitch to us or offer a reasonable pay rate of about 50$ for a finished b and w page.
Best,
Ruyei
