Are there any page layout (for print purposes) and web design people on here?

I'm open to the idea of helping put up a web-comic. Here is the thing, though...I'm also a creator myself and am looking at creating a book with some people. I was wondering if there were a way of collaborating our ideas together I'd have my project, you'd have yours but we'd come together in web-development and also promotion of the books. It's just a thought.
