Need artist for 60-page graphic novel -- science-fiction

Hi, All: I'm looking for an artist with a cartoony style for a 60-page science-fiction graphic novel. The story focuses on the relationship between a human and a giant robot. I can pay $55 for a penciled, inked and colored page. If possible, I'd like to work with someone who can turn in one page a week, with the artist sending a sketch of the page early in the week and then the completed page at the end. I'll pay the $55 for every completed page through Paypal.
