writer looking for collaborator (Western and Sci-Fi)

My name's Trevor Talbott and I've self published four comics through Kickstarter (3 issues of a book titled Eclipse and 1 for a book titled Child Number Four).

I have two story ideas - one's a Western and the second is a sci-fi adventure.

The Western involves an ex-outlaw turned family man who is literally haunted by his past. Ghosts haunt him daily of those he killed and he's been hunted by the very men who once idolized him.

The sci-fi adventure has an 70 year old man watch on as Earth is destroyed by nuclear war. He wakes up to a new world. Is this heaven? Is he dreaming? He doesn't know but he's now 25 and stumbles upon a village filled with 25 year old's throughout time. Oh, there's also dinosaurs.
