Calamities of Nature

Post by tpiro »

I'm new to this forum, but it looks like there is a lot of great stuff to check out here. I thought I would share some of my own stuff. The comic is called "Calamities of Nature" and you can find a couple sample strips below.

Tell me what you think. I have more on my website (you can link with my sig).

I really like calamities of nature. :D

There was one banner where I did not understand:
It was something like - The difference between a catholic and a ____ is like the difference between a vampire and a Jehovah's witness.
I don't remember the exact words, but if u can explain it, it would be great.

Why am I the only one to comment in almost two years???

Wow, I totally forgot about this thread! Good thing I had email notification.

Concerning the comic you were asking about, here's a hint: Jehovah's Witnesses are forbidden from having blood transfusions.

Thanks for the positive comments about Calamities of Nature. I hope you keep reading!

Oh right!

It was:

It must be hard to be Catholic and "g"ay.

It's easier than being a Jehovah's witness and a vampire.

I get the analogy now. :)

I am surprised that the people at this forum do not comment at all.
Oh well, I get to be first commenter. ;)

Yeah, this forum is pretty dead. If you want to check a fairly active forum composed of beginner to intermediate webcomic creators, I suggest you check out
