Writer Looking for Artist to Collaborate With

I am a published writer. I am looking for an artist to collaborate with on an ongoing series. For the project I am looking for someone who is willing to work for profit - i.e a 70/30 split, in the artists favour.
However, for the pitch - the five pages required to pitch - I am willing to pay page rates, as it would be unfair to expect you to work for profit on something, which may not get profit.

Profit split is negotiable. If you have any lettering skill, this would be a plus as well.
