i wonder how much do you charge for a real good lettering for a international comic project..

I'm not a letterer but in my experience they charge anywhere between 5-20 a page. The average being about 10 USD. Some offer percentages of profits but to be honest I'd just try to pay them a flat rate if you really beleive your comic could do well and your tied in to an agreement that could end up costing you more.
