gag writer wanted for single panel magazine cartoonist

I'm a published cartoonist that currently is doing well. I submit cartoons to a diverse universe of magazines, except the high circulation ones which have nearly insurmountable competition. I'm paid a minimum of $20 to a maximum of $150 per cartoon.
I'm looking for a small "stable" of gag writers to supply me with gags via email. I'll specify the topic(s) that the gags must be aimed at, ranging from seniors to medical, fantasy, and kids, family. I will pay on publication of any of my cartoons that your caption appears in, 25% of my earning for a toon. I pay you after I am paid (which is usually after publication of the cartoon).
