Tell something about the story, theme, etc. would not be a good idea?

I mean, there are people who search project zombies and not of superheroes and vice versa. Trying to help.

Dark Horse Comics is losing their rights to Star Wars in 2015 and they are aggressively searching for comics to fill that hole that is being created. I have been in talks with Dark Horse for a little over 2 years (I have the emails and call logs to support that claim) about a comic that I have been writing. i have the first issue and cover completed but the problem i run into is that the artist i work with have 0 work ethic or business savy. Ive done everything from getting copyrights and trade marks to creating character profiles. I handle the scripting, dialogue and lettering. I'm offering 50% split of the creative rights because i want a partner but its so hard to find an artist that actually works. While talking to my contact at Dark Horse, he gave me this advice, comic publishers want creative teams, they dont want to pick a comic up that they are going to have to work on. They would much rather bring in a project that makes money on its own and slap their name on it.

This is a comic that WILL be picked up, all Dark Horse is asking for is a little bit of progress be made before they take the project in. If there is any artist interested in this project please respond to this post with art samples and your artistic "style". I can provide story details, scripts, as well as completed comic pages upon request to serious inquiries.
