Spanish writer looking for artist (collaboration)

Hi, I’m an argentine writer looking for an artist to start creating projects for U.S. publishers or Europe. I would like talk to the artist and reach an agreement between the two about the comic (comic genre, story).

It would be a collaboration until finding a publisher.
