I Have THREE collab comic projects that need Artists?

I've had these passion projects for 2 years now, this has become somewhat of a bi-annual thing of coming online trying to find a collab partner

I have 3 ideas i've began scripting:

First idea is for a series/graphic novel inspired by siege movies of the 80's such as Tremors, Assault On Precinct 13, The Mist etc - but with a underlaying message about the dangers of Fracking (google it - scary stuff when you think about it). Fracking is personified by these subterannian creatures that emerge and attack a small Texan town.
Second Idea is for a series/graphic novel about a murderous family living in a upper class manor - think Downton Abby meets House Of 1000 Corpses (For this i had some character designs commissioned also)
Third idea focuses about mythical creatures of folkore and medival mythology slowing returning to our modern world and dealing with how ill-equipped we are with our disbelief

Looking for someone to do Pencils regardless of which project you would like to do.
I've taught myself how to do colors, and currently teaching myself to do inks - to cut costs, time, shared effort etc - since over the past 2 years finding someone to do all of them on a colalb basis was nigh-impossible i've been doing my best to educate myself.

I wanna do one of two routes
First Route: Pitch to Image etc - i've got a great (business-like) plan on how to expand the story into a multi-series/franchise
Second Route: Kickstarter, one issue at a time.

I've got synopsis ready and waiting - and scripts are almost complete

Currently re-reading all the material since its been on a harddrive for the past 6 months main a few edits here and there - but other than that, the script is good to go.
