New project help

Hey, my name's BJ, I'm 17 and from Australia. I'm a writer (that's what I like to think anyway), and have always been interested in doing a webcomic/manga. I've had several ideas, yet my artistic ability has lacked quite a bit. Basically my main story which I wish to be created is a down-to-earth fantasy of sorts. Heres a brief summary anyway:

"Four friends are on the cusp of graduating, and are about to go their separate ways. One is leaving to travel, another moving to go to university in the city. The two others, a boy and a girl (they have names, which will be shared (obviously) if anyone has interest), are best of friends who are in love but do not really know it or understand what they are feeling. They go by their lives quite normally until the girl falls sick and collapses into a coma. The boy tries to get his other friends to come back but is unable to reach them. Instead, he learns that the promise that the four friends made before leaving has come back to haunt them. A Trickster (a spirit of sorts) is playing a game with the boy. And so, the boy must make the ultimate sacrifice in order of saving his friend whom he has loved for so long. Travelling away, to escape his pain, the boy's car crashes into a frozen lake, and there, he "dies". Awakening in another world, he realises that he must play a game of cat and mouse with the Trickster, who has secretly attached itself to the boy's body. In this world, he is aided by a mercenary, whose family are royalty in one of the seven provinces, and that he denounced his claim after his past love was murdered. The boy befriends the High Prince and his younger sister, yet the Land is on the cusp of civil war, and not everything is as it seems."

Cant sum it up in one paragraph, but ive planned it in great detail.

Its only the basic plot, there is a whole array of points I haven't added yet, but will share if anyone is interested in joining me in creating it. I need an artist who is particularly good at what they do, and is interested in having some fun. It won't be a paid job, yet whoever wishes to participate will gain anything earned by the finished product. I'm looking for:

- An artist

-Not a major thing, but looking for another writer who may wish to help out, by adding to the plot, and discussing where the story should go.

- sumone who is good at html and creating websites.
