I rather have a Dutch artist or someone who lives near The Netherlands. But if you live further away. Please also respond...

Here is the description:
I'm making new Anime/Manga/Comic what ever you want to call it... series. About some legendary peace keepers of the earth. The problem is, I can't draw, no realy I can't. So please I want an artist who doesn't have to be paid.
