Looking for cheap artist for comic pitch

Looking for a cheap artist for 10 to 15 page comic that I will pitch to a comic publisher.

The artist should be able to do both golden age style and modern. This is a side project for me so I can't pay much.

I am really intersted in artists who can pencil, ink, and, letter.
