Writer seeking Artist for 'Amoral West Wing in Space!' comic

I am an unpublished writer looking for an inexperienced enthusiastic artist to collaborate on an original, ground breaking, earth shattering, mind blowing new comic!
I'm hoping we can develop it into something of quality that can be submitted to real world publishers or failing that made into a decent web comic

This is my first serious attempt at writing a comic so lets learn together!

About the story:
It's a black comedy based in a sci fi world.
The script itself is quite 'talky' but with explosions, starship troopers starships and men in suits!
Also there may be some monks!!

There are no superheros, anthropological animals, men in trench coats or skimpily dressed women in suggestive positions. (That is not a criticism of comics with superheros, anthropological animals, men in trench coats and skimpily dressed women in suggestive positions, I'm just hoping to go in a different direction)
However some of my critics have said the story has an element of political/social commentary in the vein of Naomi Klein, Noam Chompsky and those G8 protesters with the Molotov c*cktails.
Personally I don't see it myself.
I'm not even sure that is criticism and not just pretentious name dropping.

I realise this pitch isn't going to have the cream of the internet banging down my door so I'll be happy to look at all submissions and artwork samples (no pictures of your genitalia please)
I'll even try, if you so wish, to give a considered opinion on them (not on genitalia though; I'm not a doctor)
Incidentally I don't normally use this amount of superlatives or exclamation marks in my writing but a marketing friend told me it'll help and if you've read this far I guess it did!!!

Like I've said in some other topics, I'd really like to try a project like this, but have zero current work I can actually show. Your comic sounds interesting, and if you tell me a brief overview of one character I could knock out a sketch and see what you think?
