Writer Looking For Artist

Hello,

I'm a published writer looking to make a serious break into the comic industry. I'm currently working with several producers from the show Sweet Home Alabama on a reality TV series, and a screenplay for an indie director. I say that only to show you that I'm serious about my writing career, not to boast. Comic books have always been the goal - I only began writing short stories/screenplays because they were the only game I had when I started.

For any artists/colorists interested, I'd like to work with you to build a small setting of superheroes to write a short series of issues to publish as a set on ebook websites (I'll pay all fees). I'd also like to put together a 6-8 page preview book of the best writing/art quality that we can muster to give away as samples to potential employers at conventions (I'll pay for the first 100 printed copies).

If anyone is interested, please let me know ASAP - I'm looking on other sites as well, and I'm not going to be waiting around.

Unfortunately, I don't have any prepared works that I'm proud of ready at the moment. How soon would you need to see some of my work?
