Artist/Partner wanted for webcomic

hello .
first, i guess an introduction will be the right way to start.
So again... hi, my name is yotam hadad, i’m 22 year old from israel, aspire to be the next stan lee (feels good letting this out).
Currently now i’m working on a book series (yet to be publish). my goal right now is to find a literary agent that will help my find publisher at the uk or us.
till then, i want to try my luck with a web comic that hopefully one day gut publish as a regular comic at a company of my own.
as you can realize i’m not just looking for an artist, but a partner with similar goals.
now, couple of things i like to add:
1. i am a person who believe in trusting those i let around me, especially near my dream, to make life more convenient and probably more worth living.
2. i guess I should have made it number 1… money. I’m not stupid to thinks that this kind of world I want to get into is as easy and successful as it might have been in the past. to achieve the status that I desire as a writer, as human being, I know myself to be prepared and willing for the harsher course of this business, and so I ask the same with those that work with me. to be more blunt… it’s not that I pay you, it’s we all earn together.
3. with my kind of goals I’m not just looking for one artist or just artist, but to form a group that will work together, share our ideas, our course of action and the future to come. I myself have more than enough HITS ideas to have more than a good start, but like every other human out there I’m not flawless and need others to help me.
4. english. my only problem with the language is my inexperience with speaking and writing, yet I hope with this post you’ll find me bearable to work with.

for now, the first I’m willing to seek myself is an artist. a good one to have a great start.
