Need artists ASAP

I am doing a creator owned series, a Victorian pulp style comic, which already has been sold, be listed in Previews and as a regular artist attached to the book. I am need of some artists on doing B&W pieces for backup and pinup pieces of famous people who are characters in the book. We already have 4 out of 8 characters. Sorry to say, this is pro bono work that will get published and have bio on you in book. If you are still interested, please read on.

We are doing a collection of documents about a particular person, event, or subject, a dossier on them. You will asked to do four pieces (or more), which will be used as photograph, lineart illustration in newspaper article, or sketch on a scene or place. More pictures, better the file. What we need is generic portrait (full or bust shoot), maybe literary characters they wrote, have inventions, posters / advertisements / magazine covers they were on or wrote in, places they lived in or worked at or even surroundings, maybe a younger portrait or whatever you think is important, plus one page pinup. We just need 4 or more, of these spot illustrations only. Temple page has already been design to place into that art. It is all about showing us the background of this character. Size should be small, like 1/4 page illustrations (5x5" or 5x7.5") or near that proportion, plus one full page pinup of character.

Deadline: Monday, March 26st (We need time to place art on page and maybe write more material if needed). These are B&W illustrations only. Lineart or graytones OK.

I will send you characters that need to be done and can supply any type of reference that you my need. Please help me out. No foreign studios.

Since our first main story artist went AWOL, had to find another artist. Since that is done and over, I can concentrate on this once more. I still have three spots left for three main characters to get done.

This will be published and seen by many dot com sites, Previews listings, reviews and at many major conventions, like Stan's Lee DallasCon, NYCC, SpringCon (Minneapolis) and so on.

Don't be shy and sent us your samples and portfolio sites. Our you main story artists has never been published in comics before. Have two others for dossier pages who were published by very small publishers. One is a story board artist. So as you can see, we pick what is best artists for the book, no matter of there background. Published or not. A lot of really good artists out there.
