Looking for artist for novel cover - paid

Looking for an artist for an upper middle grade sci fi novel, preferably in a Jhonen Vasquez/ invader zim style.

Artist must be able to color their own work. I will consider a seperate penciler/inker and colorist, but the pay rate will be different. Above all else, I am looking for an excellent communicator. If you can't respond to an e-mail or PM within a couple of days, please don't waste my time.

Pay is negotiable, but here are some options:

$100 Canadian (currently worth more than US) advance royalties (half up front and half paid within 7 days of final approval) and 5% of revenues maxing at an ageed on amount.

Or some combination of less money up front with a larger amount on the backend

or an entirely open ended backend.

Whatever is decided, I will put it in writing. I will have all rights to the finished work. Payment sent via paypal. Must be based in US or Canada.
