Looking for Artist(PAID!!!)

Looking for an artist to work with for a webcomic project. I can pay $10 per page and I have about 20 in the first chapter I want to put up on Kickstarter. Genre: Super-hero, action, comedy. I'm seeking a flatter, stylistic, cartoony art style like Teen Titans(TV), Invader Zim, etc. Manga style is fine, but not too detailed.
