Writer looking for an artist and partner

I'm 23 and live in CA. I use skype so if you use skype too that'll be greatly appreciated. If you don't but you can get it, that'll be good too. Also having a mic is good too.

I already have an artist but she's never on and could never get our work done, so I want to find an artist that can be on a lot. My time is flexible so that is good. It's no pay, sorry, don't have money. Because it's no pay, you don't have to draw any fantastic, just draw the general idea and that would be enough. Like enough for the readers to know what's going on.

Now, I mention partner. I'm looking for an artist that will hopefully be my lifetime partner if this story keeps going. As I already mentioned, I already have another artist, and this artist is really cool. She gives me 100% control of the story, and she's willing to be my lifetime partner but she's just never on that much anymore, so that's the problem. So I'm looking for another lifetime artist partner so we can finish the story.

Like I said, I would like a lifetime partner, meaning there will be more than one story. I'm creating lots and different storylines and I would like it to keep going after even after I died. So I would like this manga to like never end. Kind of like Marvel and DC. See how they keep going? I would like it to be like that. Since I'm creating a lot of storylines, I would like to work with more than one genre, but for now, the storylines that I'm making is action and adventure. A lot of action. XD I like action and I'm good with it but would love to work more than action and adventure but just like a lot of mangas out there, it's going to be action and adventure.

Plot: It takes place in a world where DDR is the main game. Protagonist is born with a disease making him weak and will die at a young age. He grows up and enters the DDR competition. (This will be a lot like Air Gear)

I have a lot of the ideas in my head. I got some of the script and I have the Illustration concept and outlines done. If this is successful, we'll continue this story more and move on to other stories.
