Seeking Artist for Fan Comic (PAID)

Hey, writer here looking for an artist to help with a fan comic I want to make. And just to make sure that you understand, I will repeat, this is a fan comic. It's essentially fan fiction or fan art, but in comic form, and isn't meant to ever be published. It is just a personal project.

This would be ongoing work with no definite end. It would go as long as we could work well together. I'm looking to get around 2 pages a week, and my budget is about $20-25 a page, though that can possibly be negotiated.

The style I want is a traditional western comic style, nothing too cartoony or anime, and you should be able to retain consistent throughout the pages (I worked with another artist previously whose quality by page varied so greatly that it looked like a completely different artist drew it).
