Post by Lefoux »

Hi colorists.

I need your services for a four page project already ink.
It is a short story to send to Heavy Metal Magazine, the work will not be paid by me but by the magazine in the event will be accepted.
I don't know how much they pay per page but the percentage will be 30% for the colorist, glory included. Deadline in late June.

If interested you can go to plefoux.deviantart.com , download the file "page1ink" e "classF" ink and send me the color test page to:

plefoux@gmail.com

are you Ready?

You need to add more detail, like how many pages is the story, and the over all look you want to see. Also, you should email around to find out how much heavymetsl pays for art and stories and that will help draw people in. I saw you have 1 sample of colors for the page in question on deviant, it looks good so if no one else is applying you should go with them.

thanks Emocort for the advice.

the story is four pages, set in a rocky planet with aliens.
i think Heavy Metal Magazine prefer personal style of color, so i need a brave colorist, not doing traditional style.

i'm looking around to know how they pay. If anyone knows please, tell me here.

thk
