Hi there artists! My name is Brett. I am in need of an artist for my series "The Fabulous F#$*'n Adventures of Pie-U and Ninjackoff!"

It's a comedy super hero story. Think Kirkman's "Invicible" mashed up with South Park and you have an idea of the type of comic this is.

Here's the basic premise.

A couple of slackers gain superpowers, one gains the ability to make pies appear out of thin air (Pie-U) and the other gains the power to teleport...but only when he is aroused. So yea, he touches himself a lot. Through the use and mis-use of their powers they come to realize that the world is facing greater dangers than just jerks who deserve comeuppance, and common criminals...and these dangers go deeper down the rabbit hole than they ever could have expected!

The story starts out in the middle and works backwards with each issue revealing new insights into our main characters pasts and motivations. I've designed the story so that the audience will get completely new perspectives on the characters and their role in the state of the world after each issue so that when they re-read the previous issues they will see them in a totally new light.

Things start out in the thick of the action and the audience won't know if these guys are good guys or anti-heroes til later. The main characters seem insane and too whacky to be for real as good guys, but as the story unfolds the audience will discover maybe that there is a reason for everything!

I'm not doing it justice right now in this ad, but don't let that make you think I am as lazy with my writing. This is a story that I have been developing for over 10 years and considering the ridiculous premise and concept, it will blow away the audience as they come to realize that such a stupid seeming comic could turn out so thoughtful and provocative.

This series is a comedy-action series at it's heart, but it will go into very deep philosophy and metaphysical concepts. Please contact me if you are interested in hearing more. There is much more to be said and discussed!

Im open minded on art styles for this. There is lots of room for immense creativity for any artist involved. This story has a few different major plot arcs and they all intersect. The timeline of this story is very non linear.

I want to do 5-7 pages and then submit a pitch to Image. If that doesn't go through then we can discuss payment options for you finishing the rest of the issue with compensation for the pages already done. I'm not Mr Moneybags right now but I'm sure something can be arranged.
