Searching for an artist for an action-comedy series. [PAID]

Hello!
My name is Cedbill, and I'm the lead writer and president at Coast Comics: www.coast-comics.com

The artist I started my series PHANTOM SQUAD with has become rather busy as of late, and so I'm looking into finding a fill-in artist to finish this first volume.
It's an Red Hood and the Outlaws-type action-comedy that follows a duo of international outlaws/vigilantes as they fight evildoers (while often fighting good-doers too, unfortunately) around the world.
I'm searching for an artist whose rates go anywhere between $10-30. I would like an artist with a style reminiscent of Kenneth Rocafort or Greg Capullo.
You'd be started on issue #2 and if you like the series, you could finish out the 5-issue volume. You'd be given creator credit for any characters you introduce, but the rights to use those in future works would obviously stay with Coast Comics.
I'm searching for someone who can pencil/ink/color their own work, but if I like your work enough and you can't do all three, we can work something out.
