Seeking an Artist - Graphic Novel project

Hi,

My name is Joe, and I'm searching for an artist with whom to partner and work in tandem on a Fantasy/Action-Adventure graphic novel. The story includes a combination of tropes and elements derived from anime/comics/RPG games. Currently, the main characters, storyline, and several major plot points are mapped out; however, there is still much room for development of the world, characters and more intermediate story elements.

I have an ideal artistic style, which I've highlighted using this particular folder:

Having said all of that, let's talk about money. I don't want to de-value or under pay anyone for what they believe they're time, skill and effort is worth. I don't have a whole lot of money, but what I do have, I'm willing to put towards this project and the artist that is dedicated to producing quality material.

Therefore, to not discourage anyone from responding, I am open to any and all price ranges. If I can afford right off the bat, then that'll make things much easier. If we negotiate, then that works well for me too. If it's out of my ballpark, then the worst that'll happen is I can't afford you, and maybe we'll get to work together someday.

All I'm saying is, I want to bring this story to fruition, and I know I can't do it alone, so I'm seeking the artistic assistance of the community here.
