Writer looking for artists for postapocalyptic demonic comic

Hello,
I'm looking for a comic book illustrator for comic book idea I had for some time.

STORY

First thing first, the story is situated in near future after the World War 3 in which Russian Federation won and now controls most of the world, but they are only a shadow of the bigger player, Holy Church, Christians controls everything and only few states resist them, the pope is supreme ruler and just because angel appeared to whole planet at the same time and tried to stop the war, but only thing he managed to do was to the realizations that Christians were right all the time. The story begins few years after war in the city of New Moscow and is about guy named Chris Thorn, who works as right hand man for boss of Russian mafia. Shortly after we find out that Chris knows too many demons and they know him pretty well too, demon hunters are going after him, inquisition, Russian government, Queen of Australia, regiments of angels and all he wants to do is reunite with his long lost love and raise antichrists. Imagine the power of middle age Church transformed and applied to whole world with lot of Christian mythology, dark and action packed storytelling and you might get the idea.

WHAT

I am looking for an illustrators (hopefully more than one) for first issues of comic, if everything goes fine, even for more. I am not looking for any specific style, just some talented people who have enthusiasm and will to do some awesome art and cooperate on this project.
I am already working with few IT guys who are administrating web page and creating online store for distribution. Each issue can be drawn by different illustrator, comic should be very community based in which talented reader later might get opportunity to be one of the illustrators, post their own comics and join community activities.
I am also looking for talented letterer who would be willing to work on many issues of comic book.
I have second issue of comic ready, but due to some complication, artist of first issue, didnt complete the work, the priority would be finishing the first issue. Also I need done following issues as well.

PAY

As for the matter of pay, me and my friends are students and fans of comic books who just got this idea, we don't have big budget, but we can pay you something from our own pockets. The pay is 250 euro for the whole issue, coloring, pencils and inking. I realize it is not much, but it is all I can afford right now. As for the money for letterer, contact me and we can figure something out.

Anyway, after first few issues we will do crowdfunding campaign to get more money for illustrators' paychecks. After store will be functioning and your illustrated comics will be sold there, you will also get percentage from their sales.
