My name is David and I am in the process of creating a comic book series, about 6 issues in total. I'm looking for an artist than can bring my series to life. I had posted on ZWOL before seeking a writer to flesh it all out and the responses I had gotten were phenomenal! I managed to find a writer I enjoy working with and we've been making great process with the story. Now I need a very talented individual to be able to come together with us as a team and begin the process of design, pre-production work, concept, and key frame placement. We have a story, we have the characters, now all we need is that one particular person to breathe life into it.
Some experience in the field would be preferred. This will be a paying job with future possibilities of expansion (More will be explained once I receive some of your samples).
I'm looking for someone artistically along the lines of David Marquez. I feel like our story invokes a lot of facial expressions and emotion and the comic book artist should be able to interpret and deliver that very cleanly. I've posted a couple of samples to show the type of art I'd like.
