"Funny Business" is inspired by Gravity Falls and the idea of young kids solving crazy conspiracies. This 22 page comic series will have several issues and has been picked up by a publisher. Here is everything you need to know!
**Samples of your previous work.**
Here are samples of some concept artwork for the comic: http://imgur.com/a/2P5vk
NOTE: our comic is in a cartoon genre so we need an artist who can do cartoon drawings
**A short description of the project.**
Brian and Buddy, two junior agents with Funny Business Investigations, infiltrate a creepy all-boys military school called BootCamp. As these off-beat heroes discover more about the spooky school and it's nefarious Warden, they realize that, for the first time, they may be in over their heads.
Brian is given his first major case after solving multiple small time cases. Proving he has his father’s keen sense of problem solving at the tender age of twelve, Brian is looked at as the future of Funny Business Investigations (FBI). In order to prove this, the F.B.I gives Brian the biggest case of his life. What the F.B.I doesn’t realize is that this case is bigger than they initially realized. Fortunately for Brian, he isn’t going to embark on this case alone. He will be partnered with another 12 year old investigator who also climbed the ranks – albeit, in an unorthodox manner; Buddy. Otherwise known as the “peoples friend, and most importantly, Brian’s acquaintance. Together they test their contrasting skills when they go to the Boot Camp called BootCamp. Brian and Buddy try to blend in at this all boys facility; solving smaller, less serious mysteries as they work their way towards getting closer to the two antagonists; Warden, and BootCamp Coordinator to solve the biggest mystery the F.B.I (and the world) has ever seen.
**What do you expect from your collaborator?**
I expect the artist to stick with this comic for the long haul as it will have several issues that WILL be published. We want an artist who can do cartoon style drawing, either replicating the concept images above, or doing a style similar to gravity falls (example: http://56.media.tumblr.com/994d2e343387 ... o1_500.png)
**Your role(s) and expectations.**
I am going to be writing the issues and advertising the comic once the issue is completed and published by my publisher
**Compensation.**
After the publisher takes his cut we are going to split the royalties 50/50. Therefore you will continuously get paid as long as our comics are on sale. Hopefully when we have multiple issues for sale we will start to have good stream of money come in.

Hi my name is Steven. I am a comic style artist and cartoonist. I recently wanted to get into drawing actual full comic books that have a story and progression to them rather than just sketching. I have recently decided to start perusing penciling for comics and am currently looking for people with scripts who are looking for an artist to collaborate with. I have watched Gravity Falls a few times and have an understanding of that style. I also really like your character designs and believe my cartoon style can bring new life to them!Since I just came to the realization recently that I want to start perusing comics professionally I have started a deviantart page where you can see a little bit of my work from that past few years and a couple of older ones. Please take a look here http://mtheory916.deviantart.com/ and let me know what you think. You can PM me or email me at wigtheone@gmail.com Thank you for your time look forward to hearing from you.
