Looking for a comic artist($)to create 2-4 page exposé.

Hi everybody.
I am looking for a comic artist to create a 1-4 page Exposé of a story that I am writing.

The story is heavy on mass-psychology, nazi-propaganda ( I am half-black ), social theory, racial war, mixed with sex, drugs and other shit from the dark site of the soul.

I am planing to use the Exposé to find a publisher or start a kickstarter-campaign.
I want this to happen with someone who is talented and am willing to pay some bucks for that.

Here are the first few lines of Chapter I adapted as a novel to get a feel of my style:

Chapter I

“ Bomb! � screamed the pimply-faced middle aged woman that sat on Seat 34 c.
The shriek cut through flesh and bone. The frenzy was instant. More adrenalin than in a 19th century slaughterhouse. It felt like the Airbus would burst from the hormones alone. The collective mind of the 131 americans, 19 frenchmen, 5 germans, 4 dutch, and 6 unimportant nationals identified the culprit in neural speed.
The crazy-eyed Arab from row 33 jumped to his feet. 2 people lunged at him directly. One hit his left cheek, the other one clawed for his legs but the lunatic broke free. He was already past row 28 when Kent Marshall knocked him of his feet. Kent was on him in the blink of an eye. His hands wrapped around his neck with the force of the whole airplane. His mind was blank. The air was filled with the hysteric shouts of 160 passengers that had become one entity.
Like some type of giant squid.

The papers would later refer to it as a collective-heroic act delivered through the hands of Kent Michael Marshall, 38y, 6’1�ft, 190 lbs.
He felt the terrorist die. It was surprisingly undramatic. Unlike the way it was depicted in movies. More like someone falling asleep with a few engorged veins.
Only his eyes pierced out of his skull like wooden spears hurled at metal targets.
But even they lost their intensity once the body became limp. ...
